We plan to keep you informed of the dates and times when our online services will be unavailable.  We have a couple of dates already scheduled for January plus advance notice of the planned maintenance days for 2019. It is possible that we may require other dates to carry out essential maintenance but we aim to give you as much notice as possible of any disruptions to our online service.

January Maintenance days:

We need to carry out some maintenance to our Protection On Line Service website on Sunday 13 January. Please note that online service will be unavailable from 2pm to 6pm on the date above.

Advisers will be unable to produce quotes etc. during this period.  You may wish to communicate this to your members.

We also need to carry out some maintenance to our Pensions and Protection On Line Service website on Sunday 20 January – this is one of our planned maintenance dates (see below). Please note that online service will be unavailable all day from 5am to 10pm approx on the date above.

Advisers will be unable to produce quotes etc. during this period.  You may wish to communicate this to your members.
