We’ve improved our online journey for you and your clients
As we all adapt to new ways of working, we’re continuously looking at how we can make things easier for you and your clients.
Our online application journey is fully signature-free – so you can submit cases without having face-to-face meetings.
And we’ve now made our client packs available online. This removes the need to post a copy of the application, making the process quick and easy – and it provides peace of mind that we’ve all the information we need in the event of a claim.
How it works
Your clients can login securely to an online review to confirm the answers provided on their application are correct, as well as make any changes. | ||
If there are any changes, it’s automatically routed to a case manager or underwriter to follow-up. | ||
A copy of this information will appear on your online dashboard but there’s now no need for you to print this or provide a copy to your client directly – this’ll be done electronically. | ||
For joint life cases we’ll email a separate link to each individual so their data remains confidential (this means you’ll see two versions of the client pack on your dashboard). |
