After you’ve submitted an application, your dashboard will now tell you what stage it’s at:
- With underwriting
- Decision available
- Decision available – postpone
- Decision available – decline
- Plan not proceeding
Our terms document is also available online within 30 minutes of a decision being made – helping avoid delays in getting your customers on risk.
