As part of the application process we need all areas of the application form completed correctly. This includes your client’s mobile number and email address*.

This information supports two key areas of the mortgage journey:

Pre-offer

  • Improves our mortgage application processing.
  • Allows a surveyor and/or conveyancer to contact your client e.g. for property access or for updates on their application when you aren’t available.
  • Helps process free legals for remortgages online via LMS.

Post completion

  • Allows us to provide your client with Online Banking access so they can service their account online.

* This does not affect your client’s marketing preferences which they’ll be able to choose before submitting the full mortgage application.
