As part of the application process we need all areas of the application form to be completed correctly. This includes your client’s mobile number and email address*.
This information supports two key areas of the mortgage journey:
- Pre-offer
- Improves our mortgage application processing.
- Allows a surveyor and/or conveyancer to contact your client e.g. for property access or for updates on their application when you aren’t available.
- Helps process free legals for remortgages online via LMS.
- Post completion
- Allows us to provide your client with Online Banking access so they can service their account online.
Please take care when using Google autofill as this may lead to contact details being incorrectly pre-populated.
*This does not affect your client’s marketing preferences which they’ll be able to choose before submitting the full mortgage application.
