On Tuesday 17 January 2017 we launched new limited offer fixed rate Key Account exclusives for residential and Buy to Let clients, across a range of LTVs. Highlights include our lowest ever 5 year fixed rate mortgage:
Residential
- 60% LTV 2 year fixed 1.19% with £999 product fee, core (all buyer types, no benefit package)
- 60% LTV 5 year fixed 1.89% with £999 product fee, purchase and remortgage
Buy to Let
- 75% LTV 2 year fixed 1.94% with £1999 product fee, purchase and remortgage
These products will only be available for a limited time so I’d encourage you to act now to secure these rates for your clients, via your Key Account introducer code.
At the same time, we’re changing our fee structure for all products, for example a £995 product fee will be £999.
