As a result of your feedback this year we’ve improved Introducer Internet including:

  • Document upload facility making it quicker and easier
  • Evidence requirements at AIP and FMA helping you to package your case
  • Inclusion of retained properties questions so they’re all in one place

All of these improvements and more have led to our average offer time being less than 10 days in 2016 but we won’t rest on our laurels going into 2017.

Finally, here are our top three tips when you’re packaging your client’s application:

  1. At AIP and FMA we tell you what evidence you need so you can just upload it when you submit the FMA saving you time.
  2. When clients are remortgaging and capital raising you need to tell us the reason for the capital raising in the ‘general notes’ section.
  3. Use the ‘general notes’ section of the FMA to tell our underwriting team about any other supporting facts/explanations which will help them make their lending decision.
