To help your application progress to our underwriters quicker, make sure you send us the paperwork straight away.
After you’ve submitted your application:
- We’ll send you a MATS message to confirm we’ve received it. You don’t need to wait for this message before uploading the supporting case information.
- Only send us the information we need – use the affordability calculator checklist or check our evidence requirements guide.
- Package all documents together and upload to us through MATS straight away.
If you’ve not sent us the documents within 8 working days of application submission the case will be rejected. If this happens you may need to select a new product.
