On Wednesday 16 March we changed the maximum LTV for residential non new build flats.
- For loans up to and including £350,000 – the maximum LTV will be increasing to 95%.
- For loans over £350,000 – the maximum LTV will still be 85%.
The maximum 80% LTV for new build flats is not impacted by this change.
