Improvements to our BTL range

On Tuesday 19th we made improvements to our BTL pricing:

  • 60% LTV 2 Year Fixed Buy to Let 1.99% with £1995 booking fee, purchase and remortgage
    • Down 30 bps
  • 60% LTV 2 Year Fixed Buy to Let 1.89% with 1.5% booking fee, purchase and remortgage
    • Down 10 bps
  • 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed Buy to Let 2.49% £1,995 purchase and remortgage
    • Down 20 bps
  • 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed Buy to Let 2.29% 1.5% booking fee purchase and remortgage
    • Down 20 bps

This provides customers with the choice of a fixed or percentage booking fee meaning we have options for all loan sizes.
REMINDER !!  95% LTV Residential flats

To demonstrate our commitment to the higher LTV market, on Wednesday 16 March we changed the maximum LTV for residential non new build flats.

For loans up to an including £350,000 – the maximum LTV will be increasing to 95%

For loans over £350,000 – the maximum LTV will still be 85%

The maximum 80% LTV for new build flats is not impacted by this change.

Did you know?  

Great news, we’ll consider Buy to Let remortgaging with capital raising for personal use up to 75% LTV; including:

  • Property/home improvements
  • Personal use/debt consolidation
  • Investment including the purchase of another BTL or residential property.

To clarify our Buy to Let remortgage policy:

  • The property must have been owned for at least 6 months.
  • We don’t accept applications where the customer is remortgaging their existing residential property as a BTL, regardless of any future intentions (Let to Buy).
  • Capital raising for business purposes is not accepted.
