From now can you please use the updated accountant’s certificate dated August 2018 on our website. It’s been updated with the following:
- Clarification on which sections to complete
- Section D is now all on the same side of the certificate
- Further clarification in Section E about what the Accountant needs to complete
These improvements will make it easier to complete by the Accountant, helping us to reduce the number of errors which can cause unnecessary delays to applications.
For full mortgage applications submitted by close of business Friday 7 September, we’ll accept the previous accountant’s certificate dated September 2017
