As part of our ongoing service improvements we’ve made an important update to our mortgage application process.

Residential and Buy to Let applications

To help speed up offer times, all residential purchase applications and Buy to Let purchase and remortgage applications with a free standard valuation will now have the valuation instructed when we initially set up the case. For all applications set up by 4pm, we will instruct the valuation straightaway.

For cases set up after 4pm, the valuation will be instructed the following day. If you have any questions please speak to your dedicated contact.
