- Purchase or remortgages with capital raising (5 year fixed products only).
We’ll consider remortgages with capital raising (including debt consolidation) for personal use up to 75% LTV.
If at least one applicant’s income tax band is 20% or less, we’ll use a lower rental cover of 130%.
