We’re extremely pleased to let you know that our implementation of ‘E-docs’ (electronic documentation) has been successfully delivered and is now available for all advisers, covering both new and existing business submitted. The introduction of ‘E-docs’ is in direct response to adviser feedback, with the aim of improving both the adviser and customer journey.
Four policy-specific documents are now available for you to download, print and save – available real time and within the application process:
These cover the:
- Offer of Terms – A brand new document which updates in real time with changes to underwriting decisions and policy terms.
- Application Summary – A simplified version of the customer Application Summary delivered aiming to provide greater transparency.
- Welcome Pack – This consists of a covering letter and policy schedule which area able to be downloaded once a policy goes in force.
- Plan Summary – This is a real-time document which gives advisers an up to date view of the protection your customer has in place at any point in time.
To support these changes I will be running a couple of short 20 minute webinars on the following dates:
