  • A dedicated claims assessor supports claimants throughout the process
  • We do not take declining any claim lightly. Borderline decisions are referred to the ‘Grey Claims Panel’, a group of senior managers who will consider all the facts in every effort to pay the claim for the customer
  • We offer a free additional support service with Scottish Widows Care – a RedArc personal nurse adviser can offer emotional support and practical advice to customers and their families
  • We partner with MacMillan who provide support to customers going through a cancer-related claim. This be may be to help with questions about their condition, or simply someone to talk to.
