It’s never been more important to provide your clients with additional financial and emotional support. We’re finding more ways to make sure your clients have a supportive protection experience through our partnerships:
- With Scottish Widows Care and in partnership with RedArc, your clients (and their immediate family) have access to practical advice and emotional support to get them through difficult times – whether that’s a critical illness, a serious physical health condition, mental health or bereavement.
- Together with Macmillan Cancer Support, we’re developing new ways to make the claims process more compassionate for clients with cancer.
- Our partnerships with Mental Health UK and Turn2us mean your clients can be referred for access to additional support.
All Scottish Widows Protect policies come with Scottish Widows Care, provided in partnership with RedArc, at no extra cost from the day the policy starts. Their team of Personal Nurse Advisers are highly experienced and offer specialised support for serious physical illness and mental health support, including counselling.
Now more than ever, additional support is vital for clients. In light of recent months, there has been a significant increase in clients utilising RedArc services for a wide range of physical and mental health conditions. In fact, usage has doubled in the last 12 months, with the number of customers seeking help with mental ill health increasing by 3 times and bereavement 4.5 times*.
