In order to sell Equity Release, you must first go through our authorisation process. Before you are able to be authorised, we ask that you hold the ER1 or equivalent qualification and have previously been CAS in Equity Release.

You must also provide an Equity Release business plan or projection of business to show that you can maintain a reasonable level of Equity Release business to build on your experience and maintain your competency.

This along with your CPD record will need to be assessed by your Compliance Manager and once they have granted you permission to become authorised, you must complete our online induction course and finally attend our in-house course which will be held at our head office.
