Long-term lending – including buy to let, residential and new build residential cases

• 9 working days for initial applications submitted.
• 5 working days for additional correspondence and documents.
• Estimated time for valuation receipt is 7 working days.

Short-term lending – including bridging finance and second charge loans

• Same day reviews for applications submitted.
• Same day reviews for post, emails and faxes.
• Estimated time for valuation receipt is 5 to 7 working days.
