One in six people in the past week experienced a common mental health problem. It’s hardly surprising given the current lockdown situation, however poor mental health has often fallen under the radar of employers.
Despite three-fifths of organisations reporting an increase in mental illness over the past 12 months, over a quarter aren’t taking steps to address it*.
