We’re really pleased about our recent increase up to 85% LTV in the Residential market. And it seems you are too!

We’ve seen a large increase in applications recently, but we’ll always aim to provide an efficient and helpful service. The majority of our teams are still working from home, so please bear with us as we continue to answer your queries as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, here’s some information that might be helpful:

  • Our application to offer turnaround time is currently less than 10 working days.
  • You can get quick case updates and answers to general queries using Web Chat.
  • We’re still using automated income verification, AVMS, electronic ID and open banking so you can help your clients digitally.
  • There are several ways to contact us, on Web Chat, Twitter @BrokerSupport, or via Video Link with your dedicated Business Development Manager.
