TFC Homeloans has launched the CPD Centre – it is a great opportunity for brokers to complete training for specialist lending online at their own convenience.

Specialist lending is certainly on the rise and could account for at least 20% of all mortgages this year. We will be adding a new quiz with a different lender each week and are sure that brokers will find out something they didn’t know before!

Launched with the first quiz from The Mortgage Lender, brokers are invited to find out more about their buy-to-let range. Complete the quiz and achieve over 80% and be issued with a completion certificate……. Complete this first quiz by 31st January and be in with a chance of winning a bottle of Silent Pool Gin!
