TFC Homeloans is delighted to announce we have a brand new fee structure for second charge mortgages. There are two options for you to choose from – whichever one is best for your client.

OPTION ONE – LOW COST

  • Your client will pay an upfront £195 application fee to TFC Homeloans and cover their own valuation fee.
  • Where the fee is £1,995 on completion we will pay you anything over £995, along with our standard lender commission (typically 1%). Click here to see an example.

OPTION TWO – NO UPFRONT FEES

  • Your client will not pay any upfront fees and TFC will cover the cost of the valuation.
  • Our fee is £2,995 on completion, of which we will pay you £1,000, along with our standard lender commission (typically 1%). All other costs are included and covered by TFC. Click here to see an example.
