Please be aware that from 15 September 2020 we no longer be accept furloughed income for employed applicants. Any applications that are already in the pipeline will not be impacted, unless your client wishes to increase their LTV above 65%.

If your client is currently furloughed we can accept their application if this is supported by a letter from their employer. This letter should confirm that they’ll be returning to work on or before 2 November 2020, their annual salary from this date and that there have been no changes to the terms and conditions of their employment.
