We shaped the benefits of HealthWise to fit the types of claims made for income protection.

For example, physiotherapy can help people of all ages with medical conditions, illnesses or injuries – in 2018 almost half of our claims were for accidents and injuries including musculoskeletal and back problems.

Whilst accessing physiotherapists via the NHS can involve a lengthy wait, HealthWise removes this frustration, with E-consultations just a few taps away.

Our members can arrange a consultation to fit their schedule, and soon see a physiotherapist who can both diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal problems, helping them return to good health sooner.

HealthWise is available for smartphone and tablet and can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play. Your client will need their policy details to activate their HealthWise account.
