We are committed to providing an excellent claims service to our members and we are continually looking for ways to improve it. Wanting to make our claims service both quicker and easier for our members, we have launched a pilot to digitise the process using Alpha Trust, the digital claims solution from iPipeline.
As the first UK adopter of iPipeline’s AlphaTrust technology, our income protection members will be able to submit their claim form and provide supporting information via a secure online platform creating a faster and more efficient service.
Meeting all the Claims Charter requirements
The implementation of the new online platform means we now meet all of the criteria for the Protection Distributors Group (PDG) Claims Charter.

The benefits of both people and technology
The improvements to our claims process using technology will save both time and remove paperwork for both intermediaries and members.
However, the digital changes to our claims process are not at the expense of personal contact. Each of our members is allocated a dedicated claims assessor during their claim and we keep in touch with members during the claim to offer a range of support services as required.
