Nutrition is one of the keys to a healthy life; a balanced diet can prevent future health problems like diabetes, cancers, stroke and heart disease, all of which are closely linked with obesity. But knowing what to eat, let alone sticking to a strict diet, isn’t always easy.

This week is Nutrition and Hydration week, which champions the importance good food plays in developing and maintaining healthy lifestyles. But events like this alone aren’t enough to help everyone eat and live well, we all need guidance and support to help us on our way.

HealthWise – supporting your clients back to health

Introducing our new HealthWise app from The Exeter, a new member benefits platform that brings together essential experts who can help your clients feel better faster.

HealthWise includes a range of benefits built on our experience, relevant to our members and tailored to cover type.

In addition to core modules, GP on demand and second medical opinion, our life cover members  have access to the following benefits:

  • Nutritional advice
  • Helping members stay on top of their diet, through one on one consultations with a nutritionist, who will build a plan of what to eat and why.
  • Lifestyle coaching
  • Through lifestyle coaching with qualified life coaches, HealthWise helps our members manage wellbeing, including sleep, work, stress and exercise.
