Eating well is easier said than done. And it can be confusing for people who face health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure or being overweight.
Our life insurance members and their immediate families have access to HealthWise; our member benefits app, providing access to a variety of wellbeing services including a personal nutritionist or dietician.
By using the HealthWise nutritionist and dietician service, our members can receive tailored food and dietary advice and follow a nutritional programme that suits them.
Providing a personal service
The service includes six free one-to-one consultations and through a series of video-calls, our members can talk, in confidence, to qualified nutritionists or dieticians.
During their consultations, members can discuss their goals and how to achieve them using bespoke diet and exercise programmes. Their nutritionist can also help them evaluate their relationship with food, diet and exercise, identifying and helping them make changes for optimum health.
By offering a nutritional and dietician service, we want to offer access to professional guidance and reduce the confusion around eating well to help our members manage their health positively.
