We have launched a range of new BTL options, providing greater choice for your applicants.
As part of this change we have removed our tracker products.
Pipeline:
- DIP accepts will proceed on the product they have already selected. If the adviser thinks it is best advice to change, they can re-DIP and select a new product.
- DIP’s in progress will receive the new products for selection at the point of DIP accept.
In addition to our whole of market BTL changes, we have also launched our network exclusive 5 year fixed rate products with a 3 year ERC. Sourcing systems have been notified that the network has access to these products.
