Our approach to the new Energy Efficiency Regulations.

We’ve recently made some changes to our approach to the new Energy Efficiency Regulations.

If you submit an application without a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or exemption, it will be declined. If an EPC is provided within 28 days the application will be reinstated.
