It details the extent to which landlords perceive rental demand is increasing, decreasing or staying the same.

Key results from the Q3 2017 survey show:
- Perceived tenant demand was strongest in Yorkshire & Humber, where 37% of landlords report demand growth.
- The weakest demand is reported by landlords in Outer London and the North East, where demand has fallen further since Q2.
- The correlation between profitability and tenant demand has weakened in Q3, with those making a profit and breaking even now reporting demand is growing to a similar extent.
