Please note restricted income multiples apply to our 95% product range, product codes FE070, DE098 and RDE058 – all applications subject to maximum 3.49 x single or 2.74 x joint income multiple
Product Enhancement(s)
As part of the product update, I am pleased to announce as a direct response to feedback from our intermediary partners we have removed ERC’s from our 90% and 95% “intermediary exclusive” discounted product range. Offering clients a low initial rate but with the added comfort that they retain the ability to review their mortgage at any time. (Exclusions apply to applicants specifically seeking short-term finance arrangement <bridging>).
