Uploading your documents with ease
Our previous process required you to submit application documents to us in the post. We’re pleased to introduce new functionality, which allows you to upload documents on My Broker Venue, either when you submit the application to us, or when an underwriter requests additional information. You’ll also be able to see when the documents have been reviewed, and if there’s any further action on your part.
Keeping up to date with your case has never been so simple
We’re also introducing an online case tracking service, which allows you to login to your My Broker Venue account and track your case at any moment. You can still get in touch with our team via email and telephone, but this new service gives you the ability to track case progress on-demand, in your own time. You’ll also be able to see when an underwriter requests additional information, and upload to that item straight away.
