You may have noticed some changes being made to rightmortgageadviser.com recently as we continue to develop the training site to make it more useful and user-friendly. Notably we have now added a document library, which contains all of the documents on the website, categorised and listed in alphabetical order. We are also nearing completion of a series of training videos on using the Key which we hope you will find useful.
Other recent changes to the website include:
- Sales Process tab – In this tab, we have endeavoured to provide you with clear instructions on our sales processes for each product and the documents that you will need to complete this.
- We have combined the ‘Links’ and ‘Providers’ tabs into one ‘Services’ tab which now provides links and information relating to a number of lenders, protection/insurance providers and service providers.
Our largest ongoing project at the moment is create product specific training and testing on the website which you can use for CPD and I will let you know as this becomes available over the coming weeks.
