We’re giving Rate Switch a final test.
TSB Mortgage Pro, is our online application system, which will soon include the option to select Rate Switch. This is because we’ll be rigorously testing it with a small group of brokers ahead of its full launch.
If you try to use Rate Switch while we’re testing it, you’ll find that you won’t be able to complete the process. We’ll be in touch soon with a ‘go live’ date for you.
With Rate Switch, you’ll be able to easily transfer from one TSB product to another.
Rate Switch will also offer you:
- Competitive rates
- No legal or valuation fees
- Applications submitted in under five minutes
To keep things simple, we also won’t charge any ERCs if a Rate Switch goes through in the final three months of the product term.
