TSB has made some updates to TSB Mortgage Pro. So, you’ll notice some improved screens when keying a Rate Switch.
This won’t change how you apply for a Rate Switch application. It’s just made things a little bit clearer, giving more information upfront.
The Rate Switch journey video has been updated on the TSB website to show the improvements.
