TSB has introduced some new 2 year fixed remortgage products and made various rate changes to Residential products.
New products:
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 60-75% LTV with £1,495 fee
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 85-90% LTV with £995 fee
Residential product end dates moved out to the end of August and rates have been changed on selected products.
You’ll find the new product guide attached which is embargoed until 9.30am on 1 April.
All brokers registered with TSB will be contacted to let them know about the changes. All existing applications must be submitted by 8pm on 31 March as they will not be available after this time.
