I hope you’ll agree 2019 has been a positive year for all of us considering the wider challenges facing the market at the start of the year.

Last year saw us deliver positive changes nearly every month of the year, including:
- Improvements to our affordability model
- Enhanced property criteria including more use of AVMs
- Extended New Build offers by an additional 6 months
And, you’ll be pleased to know the development of our proposition will remain a key priority for us in 2020.
