TSB has improved a selection of House Purchase and Remortgage products.
Here is a summary of the changes:
- Rate reductions on
- 2 year fixed, 90-95% LTV, House Purchase products by 0.10%
- 5 year fixed, 60-85% LTV Remortgage products by 0.05%
- And 10 year fixed (with 10 year ERC period), 0-75% LTV, House Purchase and Remortgage products by 0.10%.
