TSB has made improvements to rate switch products. A summary of the changes are below.

Buy to let rates reduced on:

• 5 year fixed 0/75% LTV, reduced by up to 0.20%

Residential rates reduced on:

• 2 year fixed 0-90% LTV, reduced by up to 0.30%
• 5 year fixed 0.80% and 85-90% LTV, reduced by up to 0.15%
• 10 year fixed (5 & 10 year ERC) 0.60% LTV, reduced by 0.10%
