TSB has made improvements to residential products.  A summary is below:

NEW 2 year fixed remortgage products:

  • 0-60% LTV, with £1,495 product fee at 1.19%
  • 60-75% LTV, with £1,495 product fee at 1.24%

NEW 5 year fixed remortgage products:

  • 0-60% LTV, with £1,495 product fee at 1.39%
  • 60-75% LTV, with £1,495 product fee at 1.44%

These products also have the option of the free legals package or £300 cashback
