TSB has introduced Free Standard Valuations and extended the end dates on all Buy to Let products effective from today.
Here’s a summary of the Buy to Let changes:
- Extended end dates on all Buy to Let House Purchase products to end of February.
- Extended end dates on 2 and 5 year Product Transfer products to end of January.
And the following Buy To Let rates have changed:
- Selected House Purchase 5 year fixed, 0-75% reduced by up to 0.15%.
- Remortgage 2 year fixed, 60-75%, no fee, reduced by 0.20% and 5 year fixed 0-75%, reduced by up to 0.15%.
- And, a selection of 2,3 and 5 year fixed House Purchase and Remortgage, 0-75% LTV,
products increased by up to 0.15%.
