From 3 February 2022, TSB is making selected changes to their Buy to Let product Range.
The lender is increasing the maximum loan on House Purchase and Remortgage applications 0-75% LTV to £1 Million.
TSB is temporarily withdrawing their 10 Year Fixed House Purchase and Remortgage 0-75% LTV, £0 fee products, and making a selection of rate changes to their 2 and 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV range.
A copy of the updated product guide is attached, and is embargoed until 3 February at 9:00am.
Brokers will be informed of the changes to products on Tuesday 1 February at 12:00pm, and will have until 8pm on Wednesday 2 February to submit applications using existing products.
