From today (Friday 11th December), TSB are reintroducing a selection of Residential and Buy to Let products.

A summary of the changes:

Residential:

  • 2 and 5 year fixed first time buyer and house purchase, 0-85% LTV, with £0 fee products;
  • 2 year fixed remortgage, 0-85% LTV, with £0 fee products;
  • 5 year fixed remortgage, 0-85% LTV, with £0 fee products.

Buy to let:

  • 2 year fixed house purchase and remortgage, 0-75% LTV products.
