To help speed up applications TSB has made it easier for employers and accountants to send in references by secure email.

If a reference is needed, as well as sending by fax and post, brokers now have the option to attach information to an encrypted email. All they need to do is provide TSB with an email address and they will receive instructions on how to send it over.

A reminder: Documents such as payslips, bank statements, SA302’s and many more, can be uploaded directly to a case in TSB Mortgage Pro. And brokers can track cases online in real time.
