We wanted to let you know that we’ve made some changes to our Residential mortgage product range, effective from today.

We’ve made the following rate reductions to a selection our House Purchase products:

• 2, 3 & 5 year fixed, 0-95% LTV, reduced by up to 0.30%
• 10 year fixed, 0-75% LTV, reduced by up to 0.15%

And we’ve reduced a selection of our Remortgage products:

• 2 & 3 year fixed, 0-85% LTV, reduced by up to 0.20%
• 10 year fixed, 0-75% LTV, reduced buy up to 0.25%

We’ll be contacting all brokers who have registered with us to let them know about the changes. If you have any questions, please contact your National Account Manager.
