When you access this new product you will be able to quote and buy online for the following risk types:
- Non-standard construction
- Listed Buildings
- Unoccupancy and Second / Holiday homes
- Adverse claims history
- Building works
- Previous subsidence and flooding
- Unspent criminal convictions
- Previous cancelled or declined insurance
Using a series of rating factors and endorsements the cover will be tailored to the clients exact needs and is provided by MIDAS Underwriting with capacity provision through AXA. Further panel members will be added in due course.
This new online proposition is in addition to the current offline non-standard referral that we currently offer.

Commission is payable up to 25% and this can be amended using our Price Beater commission adjustment tool.
