Over the last couple of years, we’ve been driving our brokers to have conversations with their clients around general insurance (GI) – asking them to ‘Protect not Neglect’ them – as there was a real tendency across the industry to ignore GI.
Our campaign really got people talking about GI and brought it to the front of their minds.
This year, we’re moving the conversation on.
Our mission for 2018 is to help brokers not just have the conversation about GI with their clients, but to help them understand just how important quality cover is. Last year, we heard of a number of insurance horror stories where people were left out of pocket, all because they didn’t have the right cover in place.
That’s why this year we’re turning our attention to a new, quality-led GI campaign which we’re calling “Quality Matters Most”
Quality isn’t important, it’s everything
Through our new campaign, it’s not just quality of cover we’re looking to improve – it’s also:
- The advice and help you receive from your world class Business Development Manager (BDM) and Telephone Account Manager (TAM)
- Brokers’ and customers’ knowledge of GI
- The process for making a claim
- The sales and marketing support you receive from us
If it can be better, then we’re making it our mission to improve it.
We have lots of exciting ideas to bring the campaign to life – including videos and interactive content – and we’ll be talking about a whole host of topics and themes, such as; Underinsurance, Landlord / BTL insurance and Alternative Accommodation… watch this space.
