For your professionals:
- Mortgages available between £80k and £1m.
- Lending up to 90% LTV available to £750k in London & South East or £540k elsewhere.
- Access to an exclusive range of products with no product fee and free valuation incentive.
Available where at least one applicant is fully qualified and employed as one of the following: accountant, architect, barrister, chartered surveyor, dentist, engineer, financial adviser (including mortgage adviser), medical doctor, nurse, optometrist, pharmacist, pilot, police officer, solicitor, teacher, or vet.
For your newly qualified professionals:
- Mortgages available between £80k and £1m, up to 85% LTV.
- Lending up to 5.5x income.
Available where at least one applicant has become qualified in the last five years and is earning £40k or more as one of the following: accountant, architect, barrister, chartered surveyor, dentist, medical doctor, pharmacist, pilot, solicitor, or vet.
