We will be increasing rates across some of our Vida 1 BTL and Vida 1 2 year Residential products as well as on our HTB Purchase range at 8pm on Monday 21st September:

• Replacement products will be available on Tuesday 22nd September
• All DIPs for current products must be submitted by 8pm on Monday 21st September. After this you will be required to select a product from the new range to proceed.
• Accepted DIPs must be submitted as a full mortgage application, including payment of the appropriate fees, by 8pm on Friday 25th September
