Over the past few months, we have been busy planning and developing a new proposition that meets the wider needs of more borrowers in today’s market, and we have returned with a renewed ambition to change mortgages for good.

This relaunch also introduces a redesigned website, with improved functionality; no-scroll access to all products and criteria. Our new chatbot called MILO (My Intelligent Lending Operative), is our digital assistant that is always available to help find information about Vida’s products and criteria quickly and easily. MILO has also been designed to get ‘smarter’ over time, learning from every interaction, including which queries arise most frequently – allowing us to adapt and improve our communications to you.
